DWR1720

The  DWR1720  deionized water recycling unit combines the capabilities of producing deionized water,  controlling the water temperature,  filtering,  and discarding cutting debris and other suspended solids in a single unit. Use of the new CC Filter allows for multiple functions in a super-compact size with a footprint of just 0.6 m2.

Realizes high environmental performance

The  DWR1720  achieves a  recycling rate of 99.8  %  (zero waste water),  which  vastly exceeds  that  of  existing  deionized water  recycling  units and enables  a  significant reduction in city water  consumption.  In  addition,  power  consumption  is  also  greatly reduced  compared  to  the  existing  deionized  water  recycling  unit  +  water  temperature control unit configuration.

Efficient facility introduction

Unlike  existing  large  deionized  water  recycling  units,  the  DWR1720  can  be  efficiently introduced  according  to  the  number  of  dicing  saw  units.  In  addition,  the  unit  can  be installed  next  to  the  dicing  saw,  which  eliminates  the  need  to  construct  piping  for deionized water supply systems and waste water recovery for existing facilities.

Environmental Conditions:

• Use clean, oil-free air (dew point between -10 - -20 , residual oil: 0.1 ppm, and filtration rating: 0.01μm/99.5 % or more).
• Keep room temperature fluctuations within ±1℃ of the set value. (Set value should be between 20 - 25 ℃).
• Keep cutting water and cleaning water 2 ℃ above room temperature (fluctuations within ±1 ℃).
• The machines should be used in an environment, free from external vibration. Do not install the machine near a ventilation opening, heat generation equipment or oil mist generating parts.
• This machine uses water. In case of water leakage, please install the machine on the floor with sufficient waterproofing and drainage treatments.
• All pressures specified above are gauge pressures.
